From tender documents to margin, every figure knows its source
Edyfyce measures in your drawings, structures your documents, matches your own prices and tracks what the site confirms. AI explains and connects; it invents neither quantities, nor prices, nor compliance.
Vector drawings · Specs & BoQ · IFC · XLSX · Site photos · EUR & XOF
The Edyfyce intelligence core
Grab the object to rotate it.
Drop your documents as they are
No re-typing, no imposed format: Edyfyce reads the documents you already have — and says plainly what it could not read.

The quote
A quote where every line knows its source
The honesty channel — reliable, to check, to redo — is a first-class object, from the drawing to the file you hand over.
Quote — excerpt
Illustrative example — your figures come from your documents.
- Strip footings — C25/30 concreteprice: internal cost library12.40 m³sûr
- Formwork, shuttered wallsprice: latest comparable quote86.00 m²à vérifier
- Façade renderno reliable price — line left unpriced—à reprendre
1 unpriced line — counted, never hidden.
Écarts — non mesuré, jamais estimé
- Ceiling height missing from the drawing — quantity not measured, never estimated.
Unpriced lines: counted
Without a reliable source, the line stays empty and the count shows at the top of the quote — nothing is filled in silently.
En savoir plusThe export tells the truth
The delivered .xlsx keeps the source of every price; an incomplete total is announced as a lower bound, with a warning row.
En savoir plusCapabilities
A first-class estimating experience
Measured by geometry
Quantities are measured in the drawing vectors — areas, lengths, counts — never estimated by a language model.
Tender document analysis
Specifications, drawings, bills of quantities: work packages, requirements and trap clauses are flagged, each finding pointing back to its source document.
Prices sourced line by line
Prices come from your own libraries and past quotes, with the source shown per line. Without a reliable price, the line stays unpriced.
Gaps named, never filled
Whatever could not be measured becomes a named gap at the top of the review — never a silent estimate.
From the office to the site
Site reports, progress, scheduling: the same sourcing discipline follows the job after the quote goes out.
Isolated, hosted in the EU
Per-company isolation enforced at the database level, files served through signed links, data hosted in the European Union.
The takeoff
Review quantities, not promises
Every line arrives with its confidence and its source; the review takes you straight to what deserves your eye.
Takeoff review — excerpt
Illustrative example — your quantities come from your drawings.
- Concrete slab — ground floor84.20 m²97%sûr
- Plasterboard partitions112.00 m²74%à vérifier
- Perimeter timber skirting63.50 lm94%sûr
Écarts — non mesuré, jamais estimé
- Ceiling height missing from the documents — raised as a gap, never estimated.
Confidence, line by line
Reliable, to check, to redo: every quantity carries its confidence — colour is never the only signal.
En savoir plusGaps first
Whatever geometry could not measure opens the review as named gaps — never filled with an estimate.
En savoir plusWho it's for
Built for your trade
Contractors & small trades
From the tender you receive to the quote you deliver: document analysis, estimating sourced from your own prices, supplier RFQs, then site and margin tracking on the same job.
En savoir plusConsulting engineers & quantity surveyors
Geometric takeoff on your vector drawings, line-by-line review with confidence and named gaps, BoQ exports — measurement never comes out of a language model.
En savoir plusLandscaping & groundworks
Site photos, measured reconstruction, a clickable quote: the landscaping vertical applies the same rule — geometry measures, never eyeball estimates.
En savoir plusThe flow
One flow, four stages — the same as in the app
Tender
Drop the documents as they are — analysis flags work packages, requirements and traps.
Takeoff
Geometry measures, AI names. Every quantity arrives with its confidence.
Estimate
Prices sourced from your libraries; unpriced lines stay counted.
Quote
An .xlsx export where every line keeps its source — the file says what the app knows.
The guardrails
Thresholds that block the release
Not marketing promises: the gates of our automated measurement benches. When a threshold fails, nothing ships.
- ≤ 0.5%
- median deviation enforced by the geometric takeoff bench
- 0
- invented quantities tolerated on reference geometries
- ≤ 3%
- deviation enforced by the landscaping bench (Yarda)
Two markets
France and Senegal differ by more than the currency
A market registry decides what is actually connected: currency and decimals, RFQ channels, citable references, geodata coverage. A capability missing from a market is refused by name — never approximated.
France
- · EUR, two decimals
- · RFQs by e-mail and WhatsApp Business
- · IGN geodata: address, cadastral parcel, elevation
- · Citable references: DTU 20.1, RE2020, the INIES database
Senegal
- · XOF, no centimes — the CFA franc has no sub-unit
- · WhatsApp Business as the primary channel
- · Low-bandwidth mode: a reduced view that says so, never silently truncated
- · Geodata: no public service connected — refused by name, no approximation
Prices are never converted between markets: no exchange rate makes a French price book valid in Dakar.
Isolation
Your prices stay yours
Per-company isolation
Every table carries a company id and a row-level security policy. Isolation lives in the database, not just in the code.
European hosting
Database and storage in region eu-west-1 (Ireland).
Tamper-proof journal
Consequential events are append-only: a past entry can be neither edited nor deleted, including by our own services.
Edyfyce claims no certification of its own. Infrastructure providers maintain theirs. Details on the security page.
