Read the file before its contradictions cost you a margin
Edyfyce classifies the documents, flags work packages, requirements, risks and contradictions, then points every finding back to its source. Whatever the file does not allow to establish is called uncertain — never guessed.
Four readings, all sourced
Documents come in as they are
Specifications, contract conditions, bills of quantities, drawings, annexes and addenda are loaded into the job without manual conversion. Scans go through text recognition and are treated for what they are — images, with their limits stated. Documents a complete file should contain but doesn't are listed by name.
Findings stay verifiable
Every work package identified, every requirement, every risk clause carries its source reference — the document and passage that ground it — and its own confidence. A finding the file does not allow to establish is not presented as established: it joins the “uncertain” list, at the top of the review.
A bid opinion, not an oracle
The analysis ends with a recommendation — bid, bid with reservations, don't bid, or undetermined — with its reasoning and its confidence. “Undetermined” is a first-class answer: an honest opinion beats fabricated assurance.
An ambiguity becomes a question
The ambiguity detector has a strict rule: no quotation, no question. Every RFI draft quotes the contradictory clause word for word, phrases the ready-to-send question, and names what stays blocked without the answer — estimate, schedule or purchase order.
What the analysis can read
The file comes in the formats it already exists in. The analysis then feeds the takeoff and the estimate on the same job — no re-typing.
