An unpriced item stays visible
No reliable price? The line stays empty, it is counted, and the total is announced as a lower bound — on screen and in the delivered file. You decide to consult or to cover, knowingly.
A change order shows its impact before you accept it
Added or removed work is priced against your library, and the days on the critical path are counted. What could not be priced is listed — the announced impact is never silently completed.
Suppliers answer where they already are
Requests for quotation go out from the estimate by e-mail or WhatsApp, and responses compare line by line, like for like. No platform forced on your usual supplier.
