A confident but wrong figure loses a bid. Our answer is a strict separation of roles: geometry measures, AI names, you approve.
The honesty channel
Every quantity and every price carries its confidence, displayed with the same components as in the application. Illustrative example:
Measured in the drawing geometry, calibrated, sourced. You can move on.
Measured, but a doubt is named — scale, layer, overlap. The review takes you straight to it.
Impossible to measure in the documents provided. The line says so — it is never filled with an estimate.

Tender
Read the file before pricing it
You drop the documents as they are: specifications, drawings, bills of quantities, annexes. The analysis identifies the work packages involved, the technical requirements, and the clauses that trap rushed estimates.
Every finding points back to its source document — no free-floating summary: a cited requirement is a requirement you can find in the file.
Honesty: Whatever the analysis could not determine is listed as such, never filled with an assumption.
Takeoff
Geometry measures, AI names
Quantities are measured in the drawing vectors — areas, lengths, counts — then AI assigns the meaning: which work item, which package, which unit. Measurement never comes out of a language model.
Our measurement bench continuously enforces a median deviation ≤ 0.5% on reference geometries, and zero invented quantities: an unmeasurable quantity becomes a named gap, never an estimate.
Honesty: Every takeoff line carries its confidence — reliable, to check, or to redo — and the gaps open the review.
Estimate
Prices that declare their source
Prices come from your own libraries and past quotes — the source is shown line by line: “internal library”, “latest comparable quote”…
When no reliable price exists, the line is marked “no price” and stays unpriced. The count of unpriced items is always visible, never folded away.
Honesty: A price without a source does not exist in Edyfyce: the empty line beats the plausible figure.

Honesty travels into the file
The .xlsx export keeps the source of every price in the file you hand over. Unpriced items stay visible, empty and counted.
When items are unpriced, the total is explicitly announced as a lower bound, with a warning note — your client and your estimator see the same truth.
Honesty: The delivered file says exactly what the application knows — and what it does not.
What the system refuses to do
- Estimate a quantity that no geometry allows it to measure.
- Fill in a price without a reliable source — the line stays empty and counted.
- Hide a doubt behind a round total: a lower-bound total is announced as such.
