Features · Cost estimating
A price is allowed to come from three places
Internal library, past quotes, a supplier's response — and nothing else. Edyfyce estimating is a provenance discipline before it is a calculation.
The three permitted sources — and the refusal
Your internal library
Your work items, your unit costs, your composition habits — the first source consulted, and the most reliable since it is yours.
Your past quotes
An item already priced on a comparable job is proposed with its provenance: which job, what amount, what date. You judge the comparability.
Your suppliers, on request
For items without a reliable source: a request for quotation generated from the lines concerned, sent by e-mail or WhatsApp, responses matched line by line.
No fourth source
No national average schedule, no “generated” prices. When none of the three sources answers, the line stays empty — visible and counted.

The .xlsx export is not a pretty table: it is the same honesty contract, in the format your client will open.
